PURE FOR MEN – Community & Partnerships Coordinator

Job role: 

Supports the execution of marketing and operations tasks across wholesale, partnerships, campaign performance, and events. Assist with key administrative and content creation duties to support overall marketing workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Retail & Wholesale Support: Assist with communication and coordination for retail and wholesale partners, including product reorder outreach and general customer service. 

  • Wholesale Email Marketing: Collaborate with the Product Manager and Marketing Director to align email content with product inventory and sales cycles.

  • Partnerships & Collaborations: Research and identify potential brand partners aligned with Pure for Men’s mission. 

    • Community Engagement: Support the Partnerships team by engaging with aligned brands, creators, and collaborators via social media.

  • Community Events & Donations: Assist with coordinating event logistics and responding to donation requests from LGBTQIA+ and community-based organizations. Support communication, shipping, and marketing content needs for events. 

    • Collaborate with the social and content teams to support coverage and amplification of event partnerships.

  • Marketing Analytics & Optimization: Assist in compiling and organizing performance data from digital marketing campaigns (email, SMS, social). Help with light reporting and documentation of wins, learnings, and opportunities. Track key metrics week over week to support team recaps and planning.

  • Product Research & Development: Perform research on new and updated products and analyze e-commerce trends to enhance product strategy.

Job Duties

  • Reports to the Product Manager and works closely with the Marketing Director and the broader marketing team.

  • Collaborates on outreach, event planning, and project documentation.

  • Helps manage email marketing for wholesale customers via Klaviyo.

  • Acts as a support function for content review, analytics updates, and brand initiatives.

  • Participates in weekly team check-ins and shares updates on assigned priorities.

  • Maintains organizational spreadsheets and trackers for outreach, campaigns, and customer follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an administrative and/or marketing assistant, with strong administrative skills, some understanding of social media marketing principles, and content creation.

  • Skilled at multitasking and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of market research techniques, digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM platforms, etc.), and trends.

  • Excellent organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first approach to all tasks.

  • Self-starter with the flexibility to adapt to evolving responsibilities and priorities.
